Lemon Quartz

This citrusy lemon color is not found in nature, but is created by heat treating either pale amethyst or yellowish quartz. The name Prasiolite is used for both this stone and for green amethyst. Because of its zesty color, lemon quartz is a fantastic stone for summer fashions. Lemon quartz looks fabulous with other bright varieties of quartz like citrine, green amethyst, or carnelian .
