Wood beads provide an organic feel to your beading projects. Wood beads add a natural warmth to sophisticated materials such as freshwater pearls, Swarovski Crystal or gemstone beads. They also look great with other earthy materials such as shell or bone and horn beads. Most of our wooden beads have large holes which makes them great for children's project and for stringing on thicker materials such as leather cord or hemp twine. Description:	Crow beads are a staple in Native American jewelry, ceremonial clothing, and many other adornments. Crow beads are larger than many other types of glass beads, they also tend to have larger holes. Modern crow beads are Czech glass beads from Preciosa® known as a "rollers". They are far more uniform than older style crow beads, and they come in a huge assortment of colors and finishes, some are even faceted! Aside from our glass crow rollers and crow roller mixtures, you can also find wood crow beads, as well as plastic crow beads, better known as pony beads. Large sized seed beads are similar to the old fashioned crow beads, and are less uniform than roller beads, adding to their vintage appeal.
