The stainless steel material is perfect for practice and teaching classes. Stainless steel is harder and will work harden faster than other half hard wires. Wire is measured in gauges. The smaller the gauge number, the thicker the wire. This 21 Gauge shaping wire measures about 0.72mm in diameter, and is ideal for coiled beads, eye pins, and most wire wrapped jewelry.
