"Slow Glass" Necklace Clasp - Hand Made

This is an enlarged view of my hand made clasp solution. Sometimes Gold and Silver just won't do. When findings contrast starkly with a design, those findings detract from the overall artistic impression. I used color coated art wire of a bronze color over solid Copper. These colors are very durable for necklace clasp work because they are not exposed to rough treatment here, however, you must handle them delicately with your tools to prevent disrupting the surface color.
