Our minimum order is only $15.00! The submit order button will not appear for orders under $15. Phone, fax, and email orders under $15 will be accepted but are subject to a small order handling fee of $4.00 in addition to normal shipping rates. If the order total is over $15 and the submit order button is not showing in your cart please call 1-800-950-4232 for assistance.
If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 1-800-950-4232, press 2 for Customer Service, or you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your invoice and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you.
We accept returns on merchandise if the following applies:

The following items are not returnable unless defective: Books, Videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeout items, or special order items. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return form so we may quickly and accurately process your return.
Occasionally when an order is returned you will end up with a credit on file with us. If you would like a refund check instead simply let us know and we will issue you a refund check immediately. Credits will be applied to your next order. Please let us know if you have a credit on file with us.
