Ordering Information
**Prices and Inventory are subject to change on a daily
basis. You will be notified within 24 hours of any changes
in product availability.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order for the shopping cart is only
$25.00 If you've been beating yourself over the head
trying to figure out where the submit order button
is, check to make sure that your order total is over
25.00.
Phone orders, faxes and emails under $25 will be
accepted but are subject to a small order handling
fee of $4.00 in addition to normal shipping rates.
Returns
The following items are not returnable under any circumstance UNLESS defective: Books, Videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeout items, or special order items. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return form below so we can accurately process your return. OK to return merchandise if the following applies:
- Items are in original packaging or stringing
- In full quantity ordered
- Within 30 Days of receiving
- Any shipping discounts received on the original order will not be credited in a return.

In the case that you have received damaged and/or missing item(s) you must contact us within 48 hours of
receiving your order. You can reach us at 1-800-950-4232 (press 2 for Shipping) or you can e-mail returns@shipwreckbeads.com. Have your invoice and items available so we may review the order with you.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
- Current local sales tax rate is 8.4%.
- Washington State residents are required to pay
our local sales tax on orders shipped to Washington
State addresses unless they have a Washington State
resell certificate on file with us.
- If you visit our store and you have a resell
certificate from any state bring it with you. Otherwise
we will be required to collect sales tax.
- States where there is no sales tax such as Oregon,
Alaska and Montana (among others) are exempt from
in-store sales tax if they show proof of residency
in that state at the time of sale.
BACK ORDERS & SUBSTITUTIONS
- We are proud of our 92% fill rate on orders.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control,
some items may be temporarily out of stock
- Items not received on your orders are NOT on
back order.
- If you would like to check availability of an
item before placing your order please call 1-800-950-4232.
- If you would like us to substitute please let
us know exactly what to substitute for what.
CREDIT ON FILE
Occasionally when an order is prepaid and it cannot
be filled completely you will end up with a credit
on file with us. This credit is kept on file so that
no funds are sent back in the package. If you would
like a refund check instead all you have to do is
let us know and we will issue you a refund check
immediately. Credits will be applied to your next
order. Please let us know if you have one.
OPEN ACCOUNTS
We offer 30 day net terms on approval of credit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We accept wire transfers, credit cards and
checks.
- Please pay in US funds.
- Your order will be sent the fastest and most
economical method.
- UPS , USPS and FedEx are available to most
international destinations.
- Please keep in mind that your package will take
longer to arrive as it usually has to go through
customs* and needs clearance time.
- Please don't ask us to give false information
on invoices.
