Phone orders, faxes and emails under $25 will be accepted but are subject to a small order handling fee of $4.00 in addition to normal shipping rates.
The following items are not returnable under any circumstance UNLESS defective: Books, Videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeout items, or special order items. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return form below so we can accurately process your return. OK to return merchandise if the following applies:
- Items are in original packaging or stringing
- In full quantity ordered
- Within 30 Days of receiving
- Any shipping discounts received on the original order will not be credited in a return.

In the case that you have received damaged and/or missing item(s) you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 1-800-950-4232 (press 2 for Shipping) or you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Have your invoice and items available so we may review the order with you.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
- Current local sales tax rate is 8.7%.
- Washington State residents are required to pay our local sales tax on orders shipped to Washington State addresses unless they have a Washington State resell certificate on file with us.
- If you visit our store and you have a resell certificate from any state bring it with you. Otherwise we will be required to collect sales tax.
- States where there is no sales tax such as Oregon, Alaska and Montana (among others) are exempt from in-store sales tax if they show proof of residency in that state at the time of sale.
BACK ORDERS & SUBSTITUTIONS
- We are proud of our 92% fill rate on orders. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock
- Items not received on your orders are NOT on back order.

CREDIT ON FILE
Occasionally when an order is prepaid and it cannot be filled completely you will end up with a credit on file with us. This credit is kept on file so that no funds are sent back in the package. If you would like a refund check instead all you have to do is let us know and we will issue you a refund check immediately. Credits will be applied to your next order. Please let us know if you have one.
