Our minimum order is only $15.00! The submit order button will not appear for orders under $15. Phone, fax, and email orders under $15 will be accepted but are subject to a small order handling fee of $4.00 in addition to normal shipping rates. If the order total is over $15 and the submit order button is not showing in your cart please call 1-800-950-4232 for assistance.


If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at 1-800-950-4232, press 1 for Customer Service, or you can e-mail returns@shipwreckbeads.com. Please have your invoice and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you.

We accept returns on merchandise if the following applies:

  • *Items are in original packaging or stringing
  • *In full quantity ordered
  • *Within 30 Days of receiving
  • *Any shipping discounts received on the original order will not be credited in a return.

The following items are not returnable unless defective: Books, Videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeout items, or special order items. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return form so we may quickly and accurately process your return.


  • * Current local sales tax rate is 8.9 percent.
  • * Washington State residents are required to pay our local sales tax on orders shipped to Washington State addresses unless they have a Washington State resell certificate on file with us.
  • * If you visit our store and you have a resell certificate from any state bring it with you. Otherwise we will be required to collect sales tax.
  • * States where there is no sales tax such as Oregon, Alaska and Montana among others are exempt from in-store sales tax if they show proof of residency in that state at the time of sale.


  • * We are proud of our 92% fill rate on orders. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock
  • * Items not received on your orders are NOT on back order.
  • * If you would like to check availability of an item before placing your order please call 1-800-950-4232.
  • * If you would like us to substitute please let us know exactly what to substitute and we would be happy to accommodate.
  • * Prices and inventory availability are subject to change on a daily basis. You will be notified within 24 hours of any changes in product availability.


Occasionally when an order is returned you will end up with a credit on file with us. If you would like a refund check instead simply let us know and we will issue you a refund check immediately. Credits will be applied to your next order. Please let us know if you have a credit on file with us.
