Detailed Description: Cherry Creek AKA Red River Jasper from China is a strikingly streaked or Brecciated stone boasting a variety of patterns in stunning hues of reds, oranges, greens or browns. At a MOHS hardness of about 6, this relatively soft stone is not likely to be a true Jasper, but possibly a silicate dolomite.
