MINIMUM ORDER We’re all about getting those beads into your hands! That’s why we’ve removed our minimum order requirement—every order is welcome.
To help cover the cost of processing and packing small orders, a $8.45 shipping fee applies to all domestic orders under $75 when selecting Economy Shipping.

Great news! All domestic orders over $75 qualify for FREE Economy Shipping. Just add $75 or more to your cart and choose the free Economy Shipping option at checkout.
RETURNS We want you to love every bead you get! If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, let us know within 48 hours by calling 1-800-950-4232 or emailing returns@shipwreckbeads.com. Have your invoice and item numbers handy, and we’ll get it sorted.
Returns are a breeze if:
- Items are in their original packaging or stringing
- They’re in the full quantity ordered
- It’s within 30 days of receiving your order
Note: Books, videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeouts, or special orders can only be returned if they’re defective. Include your invoice with the return form for a speedy process.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
- The local sales tax rate is 9.7%.
- Washington State residents: Pay our local sales tax unless you have a resale certificate on file.
- Out-of-state resellers: Sorry, your permits won’t work here in Washington State.
- As of Jan 1, 2019, there’s no sales tax exemption for out-of-state residents.
- All orders shipped to Washington State are charged destination-based sales tax.
OUT OF STATE SALES TAX (Tax Nexus)
Due to new tax laws, we are now required to collect sales tax in the following states:
Minnesota, Michigan, South Dakota, and Nevada.
BACK ORDERS & SUBSTITUTIONS We’re proud of our 92% fill rate! But sometimes, items might be temporarily out of stock.
- Items not received are NOT on back order.
- Items that are unavailable at the time of fulfillment will be cancelled, and the charges adjusted before finalization.
CREDIT ON FILE Got a credit with us? You can apply it to your next order or request a refund check. Just let us know!
OPEN ACCOUNTS We offer 30-day net terms with approved credit. Fill out a credit application and fax it to 360-754-2510. For more info, contact our accounting department at 360-754-2323.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Please pay in US funds.
- UPS, USPS, and FedEx are available for most destinations.
- Allow extra time for customs clearance.
- Shipping costs DO NOT include duties and import fees. These fees will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Orders are declared as “Beads for Craft Use” at full value.
- If shipping costs exceed the selected shipping method, an email with an updated shipping cost will be sent. The order will be held until shipping is paid in full.
