Preciosa Ornela 11/0 True Cut seed beads in Dusty Rose bring together two things makers love: the extra sparkle of a faceted cut glass tube and the soft, muted warmth of a dusty pink that leans vintage without trying too hard. One hank gives you a serious working supply of these Bohemian-made beads, sized between 2.0 and 2.2 mm.

The Terra Opaque finish coats the glass in a matte, earthy surface that reads less 'shiny bead' and more 'handmade ceramic' — grounding the rose tone with an organic, artisan quality. Preciosa rates this finish 3 (medium resistance) for durability, so keep it away from abrasives and harsh chemicals and expect some surface wear in high-friction pieces.

What to make with them

The True Cut facets catch light in woven bead work — think peyote or brick stitch cuffs where that subtle glint adds dimension without gloss — and the opaque dusty rose reads beautifully in needle-woven florals, fringe earrings, or embroidered textile pieces where you want color that feels aged and intentional rather than bright.

Description

Preciosa Ornela Traditional Czech glass seed beads (rocailles) in size 11/0. Each bead measures approximately 2.1 mm across with a 0.70 mm (approx.) hole. These round seed beads are made using Preciosa's tube-cutting and hot-polishing process, which gives them a gently rounded shape and consistent hole size that works beautifully for loom work, off-loom bead weaving, bead embroidery, and general stringing projects. Use them anywhere you need classic Czech rocailles—from intricate peyote and brick stitch to fringe, edging, and multi-strand designs. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 15 years. Seed beads should be kept away from small children due to the risk of swallowing or inhalation.
