Preciosa Ornela 13/0 Charlotte seed beads in Terra Coated Dusty Rose arrive in an 18-hank bulk quantity — giving serious beadworkers a generous supply of one of the most precise, single-cut beads Czech glass production has to offer.

The Terra Opaque finish wraps each tiny bead in a matte-earthy coating that reads less like polished glass and more like hand-thrown ceramic — a dusty, grounded rose that leans vintage and organic rather than bright or shiny.

What to make with them

The sharp facet of a true Charlotte catches light subtly in peyote and brick stitch, making these ideal for heirloom-style bracelets, loom work, and embroidery where that quiet glint adds depth without flash; the earthy dusty rose also layers beautifully alongside neutrals and ochres in fringe earrings or woven tapestry pieces with a boho or autumnal palette. Preciosa rates this finish 3 (medium resistance) for durability, so keep it away from abrasives and harsh chemicals and expect some surface wear in high-friction pieces.

Description

Preciosa Ornela Traditional Czech glass seed beads (rocailles) in size 13/0. Each bead measures approximately 1.7 mm across with a 0.50 mm (approx.) hole. These round seed beads are made using Preciosa's tube-cutting and hot-polishing process, which gives them a gently rounded shape and consistent hole size that works beautifully for loom work, off-loom bead weaving, bead embroidery, and general stringing projects. Use them anywhere you need classic Czech rocailles—from intricate peyote and brick stitch to fringe, edging, and multi-strand designs. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 15 years. Seed beads should be kept away from small children due to the risk of swallowing or inhalation.
