This is Preciosa crystal rhinestone banding in Neon Orange with an Aurora Borealis finish — pre-set stones in a flexible plastic cup-chain strip, sold by the foot so you buy exactly what you need.
The AB coating lays a strong rainbow shift over the neon orange base, giving each stone an iridescent flash that intensifies under UV or blacklight.
