Miyuki's Hex Cut Delica in Metallic Teal AB brings together the crisp, faceted geometry of a precision tube-cut hex bead with a teal base that throws rainbow light in every direction — a 9g package of 11/0 beads ready for detailed, pattern-driven work.
The transparent teal glass is coated with a strong AB finish that produces dramatic multicolor rainbow reflection, so the bead shifts and flares with movement rather than sitting as a flat, single-toned color.

What to make with them
The flat facets of a hex cut Delica make it especially effective in loom and off-loom weaving — peyote, brick stitch, and right-angle weave — where the angled surfaces catch light between rows and add texture that round Delicas can't. They're also a reliable choice for kumihimo braids or woven earrings where you want the iridescent shift to read at small scale.

Miyuki Delica Hex beads are superior quality machine made Japanese seed beads. Japanese seed beads are known for their uniform size and cut consistency standards, which makes them excellent beads for bead weaving and looming. Delica Hex (2-Cut) seed beads are cylinder or tube shaped with facets while Czech 2- Cut seed beads are round with facets. The facets of these beads add lots of fabulous texture and sparkle to your seed bead designs.
Size 11 Miyuki Delica beads measure about 1.6mm in diameter and are sold per gram. Expect to receive about 190-200 beads per gram, or 1710-1800 beads per 9 gram package.
