These are Preciosa Chaton Viva flat back crystals in Ss6 — a small, finely faceted hotfix rhinestone made in Bohemia, Czechia, with a permanent-bond adhesive backing that activates with heat.
The Sapphire colorway is a cool, clear blue — transparent glass that lets light pass straight through, giving each stone a crisp, watery depth rather than a frosted or coated look.
