Detailed Description: Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass. Obsidian is formed when viscous lava is rapidly cooled, most commonly by water. Obsidian is less fragile than standard window glass, and was often fashioned into sharp cutting edges by stone age man. Mahogany Obsidian is an appealing combination of reddish brown impurities within the typically black glass.
