These 3mm fluted raw brass crimp beads do double duty — they secure your stringing wire and add a touch of warm metallic detail right at the finish point. The pack of 500 gives you plenty to work through a serious project run without rationing.
The raw brass finish reads as a fully opaque, metal-like surface with that warm gold-brown tone you'd expect from uncoated brass — no shine-through, just solid, plated-metal presence.

What to make with them
Use them anywhere a standard crimp bead would go — bracelet and necklace closures, multi-strand separators, or end finishes on beaded chain — and let the fluted texture add a subtle Art Deco or vintage detail that a plain crimp tube simply won't. They're a natural pairing with earthy gemstones, amber glass, or warm-toned seed beads where the brass color pulls the palette together at the clasp.
Description
Crimp beads and Crimp tubes are a vital element when designing with beading stringing wire. What's the difference between a crimp bead and a crimp tube? Crimp beads are round and look like little metal seed beads. Crimp tubes are more cylindircal. Crimp beads take up less space in your design, but crimp tubes offer more surface contact with the wire, thus making them a bit more secure. Basically, you'll want to select a crimp tube when finishing off the ends of necklaces and bracelets, or when your crimp will not be highly visible. Choose a crimp bead when incorporating crimps into more visible areas of your designs such as when showcasing your wire, illusion designs, and when using them as accent beads or spacers.
