This antique chevron cane segment offers generous material for beadmaking or carving. Made in Murano during the late 19th century, it features the traditional multi-layer rosetta construction: a star-shaped white, navy, and red core encased within rich cobalt glass. The cane ends are rough and uneven from historical breakage, which is typical of authentic antique chevron rods. Excellent for artisans, collectors, and anyone preserving early Venetian glasswork. 20-24mm diameter average. 1.5-2 inch usable length.
