These are Preciosa Viva Rosemontee sew-on stones — 3mm crystal rhinestones set in brass, sold 144 pieces to a pack. The foiled brass setting does the reflective heavy lifting, making each tiny stone punch well above its weight.
Fully transparent and clear, these stones let your base fabric or thread color show through the setting, so the sparkle reads as light itself rather than added color.
