Preciosa Rosemontee Sapphire Silver 4mm

These are Preciosa Rosemontees — faceted crystal sew-on stones set in a silver-toned brass base, sold in a pack of 144. The foiled setting bounces light back through the crystal, giving you that lit-from-within sparkle without any glue.
