1SB174R: CZ Seed Bead Opaque Medium Blue 1/0 - 1 STR is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
These Preciosa Ornela 1/0 seed beads in opaque medium blue are the large-format Czech glass workhorse you reach for when you need serious color presence — at 6.3–6.8 mm, they're cut from glass tube and sized for projects where smaller rocailles just won't read. One strand lets you sample the color before committing or finish off a focused accent design.
The opaque finish delivers a solid, non-translucent medium blue that holds its own in graphic, high-contrast work — no shimmer, no depth tricks, just clean, confident color.
Their generous 1/0 size makes them well-suited for chunky loom-woven bands, statement knotted necklaces, and fiber arts like weaving or macramé where a bead needs visual weight to compete with the surrounding material; they also work beautifully as spacers or focal accents in bead-stringing projects alongside smaller seed bead scales.

Preciosa Ornela Traditional Czech glass seed beads (rocailles) in size 01/0. Each bead measures approximately 6.6 mm across with a 2.00 mm hole. These round seed beads are made using Preciosa's tube-cutting and hot-polishing process, which gives them a gently rounded shape and consistent hole size that works beautifully for loom work, off-loom bead weaving, bead embroidery, and general stringing projects. Use them anywhere you need classic Czech rocailles—from intricate peyote and brick stitch to fringe, edging, and multi-strand designs. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 15 years. Seed beads should be kept away from small children due to the risk of swallowing or inhalation.
