These Preciosa Ornela wood crow beads in charcoal measure 6x10mm with a generous 4mm hole, and come 500 pieces to a pack — enough to work through serious yardage on macramé, knotted, or strung designs. Crow beads are a staple in Native American jewelry, ceremonial clothing, and many other adornments. Crow beads are larger than many other types of glass beads, they also tend to have larger holes. Modern crow beads are Czech glass beads from Preciosa® known as "rollers". They are far more uniform than older style crow beads, and they come in a huge assortment of colors and finishes, some are even faceted! Aside from our glass crow rollers, you can also find crow beads made out of wood, as well as plastic. Wood crow beads are perfect for adding that natural feel to your designs. Plastic crow beads are better known as pony beads. Large sized seed beads are similar to the old fashioned crow beads, they are less uniform than roller beads, adding to their vintage appeal.
