6SB148-M: CZ Seed Bead Opaque Brick Red Mahogany Matte 6/0 36STR is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Preciosa Ornela 6/0 seed beads in opaque brick red mahogany matte come in a generous 36-strand pack, giving you serious working quantity of a rich, grounded red that earns its place in any color palette. Cut from glass tube in Bohemia, Czechia, these E beads run 3.7–4.3 mm — substantial enough to carry texture and color with real presence.
The opaque matte finish drinks in light rather than reflecting it, giving the brick red mahogany tone a velvety, saturated depth that reads as moody and warm rather than flashy.
Their size and opacity make these ideal for bead weaving projects where you want bold color blocking — think peyote or brick stitch cuffs and bags where the matte surface adds tactile contrast alongside glossy or metallic beads. They're also a strong choice for stringing and knotting work like chunky necklaces or layered bracelets where the 6/0 scale holds its own as a statement element.

Preciosa Ornela Traditional Czech glass seed beads (rocailles) in size 06/0- E Beads. Each bead measures approximately 4.1 mm across with a 1.10 mm hole. These round seed beads are made using Preciosa's tube-cutting and hot-polishing process, which gives them a gently rounded shape and consistent hole size that works beautifully for loom work, off-loom bead weaving, bead embroidery, and general stringing projects. Use them anywhere you need classic Czech rocailles—from intricate peyote and brick stitch to fringe, edging, and multi-strand designs. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 15 years. Seed beads should be kept away from small children due to the risk of swallowing or inhalation.
