Mountain Jade is not Jade, but dyed Dolomite marble. This marble is easily carved and a very neutral tone and is therefore a great material from which to create faux jade. Our "Mountain Jade" selection is available in bold colors and a wide assortment of shapes. This deep red mountain "jade" resembles a faux coral much more than any jade.
