These open jump rings measure 6mm and are made from 21 gauge steel wire. They are sold in 5 gram packages. Approximately 75 pieces per package. These jump rings contain +/- 8% nickel in the plating to keep it from being damaged when working with tools to manipulate the jump rings. These jump rings are available in many plated finishes and are 100% lead-safe.
Use them in chain mail weaves where a moody, dark palette is the goal, or as connector links between pendants and findings in mixed-metal jewelry. They also work well for attaching charms to cord or leather where a heavier, industrial tone suits the design.
